Hi,
Sinds Yesterday when we login in the extreme cloudiq we doesn't see the devices anymore I think the Cloudiq had been updated yesterday and because 2fa has been turned on we now don't get the option to fill in the code. Does anyone have a solution we are not able to turn the 2fa off our selfs.

Hello VDO,
Are you still experiencing issue today?
Have you tried Firefox or Edge browsers?
As a workaround, try logging it via account that does not use 2fa or via another browser and disable 2fa for now.

Hi Christoph,
Yes we still experience this problem.
My colleague was able to login once with the otp 2fa and disabled the otp 2fa on his account.
He also created temporarly a new account without 2fa for us for now till it's resolved.
