Hi Johan,
Thank you for contacting Extreme Networks Community. Please note that onboarding a VX9000 and its APs to XIQ will require either Navigator licenses or Pilot licenses. Ensure there is enough Navigator/Pilot licenses to support this onboarding.
Make sure that the nsight-policy configured on the VX looks similar to the below:
nsight-policy XIQ
server host va2-wing.extremecloudiq.com https enforce-verification poll-work-queue
Please note that the server host may be different depending on the RDC your VHM is hosted.
Next the nsight-policy should be mapped to the rf-domain or rf domains as shown below:
rf-domain NOC
geo-coordinates 40.8190976 -73.1480064
country-code us
ad-wips-wireless-mitigation disable
ad-wips-wired-mitigation disable
use nsight-policy XIQ
Lastly, make sure that the nsight-policy is mapped directly to the VX9000 as an override as well:
vx9000 00-0C-29-19-FC-B5
use profile default-vx9000
use rf-domain NOC
hostname vx9000-19FCB5
license AAP VX-DEFAULT-64AAP-LICENSE
license ADSEC DEFAULT-ADV-SEC-LICENSE
license VX <license-string>
use nsight-policy XIQ
*removed for brevity*
Once the above is verified and configured monitor XIQ to verify the VX and the APs are reflected.

Hello Johan,
did you assign the NSight Policy to the wanted devices? (checked for typos in the Policy and made sure you entered the correct Hosting RDC ?)
Are there Firewalls , which might block traffic?
Best Regards
Andreas Richter
