We have extreme switches, and extreme APs. (410c and 4000)
I am getting mixed results from deploying the 4000's. We have two SSID's. Staff and Guest. The guest network is open, the staff network is EAP-PEAP RADIUS authenticated. I'm having issues with devices being able to join the staff network. I've used the radius test tool and discovered "radius server unreachable" on some of the AP's (they all use the same template.)
I only know a bit about RADIUS. But our on prem server handles the RADIUS requests. The access points have been added by subnet. I did discover that the switches have "radius disabled" nothing is configured. I was going to configure radius on the switches, but I don't know if this is the right path, since none of the switches have radius configured, and most of the AP's work fine through those switches.
Clearly lost here, any help is appreciated.
