HI everyone.

I have bought a used AP121 and I am trying to connect to Extreme IQ Connect softwatre.

During onboarding I have received the note: “The device appears to be in use by another VIQ”.

S/N 12113091600628

Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

Hi Sam, thank for your reply.

I consigued to update the AP121 firmware via onboard web interface. At the end I have added the device to XIQ Connect interface, but it is marked as disconnected.

The device light is amber; it seems it has not found its way to connect.

Do you have any suggestion?
