It show your trial has expired, but my key is active for 16 devices.

That looks like something our support team would need to help you with, would you be able to go to our portal to open a support case?

It’s on-prime which can not connect to internet. Just remote by VM console.

Have you linked your XIQ Instance to your Extreme Portal Account?
