In Windows server2016 NPS it is possible to configure a netwerk as a radius client.( See screenshot)

Can I do this also in EAC?

You need to configure each device sending radius requests individually.

There is a workflow that synchronizes Cloud APs from ExtremeCloud IQ to Site Engine. That may help you
