D-Down ports on B5 switch

Have a B5 switch (fw. 06.81.04.0001) which has dhcpsnooping enabled with rate of 30 burst 1. Have few clients with entertainment consoles (Xbox and Playstation) which cause the port to go into D-down. All clients are autonegotiate at 1Gb full duplex....
