netscaler/citrix server send gratuitous arp which is not recordnised by S8 Core Switch

Our Customer is using a netscaler. Server (main&backup) is using same IP Address. When there is an failover on server site, the server sends a gartuitous arp message. The core switch (S8) does not recordnise this massage, so it too the default value...

B5G124-P2 vs X440-G2-24p-10GE4

Currently I have 6 B5G124-P2 my local vendor considers that a good upgrade will be a X440-G2-24p-10GE4 model, i am not sure since i can not compare performance switching/stacking capacity. The upgrade is good? What do you think?
