We've purchased an Extreme Networks 5420F-24P switch and are trying to connect to the interface via putty or MobaXterm with the configuration indicated in the Guide:
Baud rate: 9600
Data Bits: 8
Stop bit: 1
Parity: none
Flow control: none
But it dont work.
Can anyone help us?
