X435 not booting after firmware upgrade

We just received a brand new x435 24p 4s and I attempted to upgrade to summitlite_arm-33.4.1.15.xos via usb and rebooted. Now the sys light will not come on and the fans are running high... Any suggestions on how to recover?

I've done that before on another switch and it worked fine

It sounds like the upgrade failed or was interrupted, which is not common.
