The HW Failure RMA NBD varies on your geographic location and your service contract.
It is also dependent on if you are leveraging the LLTW or purchased support.
You are best to reach out to your local Extreme Networks Sales team to see what service levels you have purchased.
But the RMA NBD offerings will be defined here.

I have an additional question. In case of HW failure, does this support not cover the RMA NBD for me?
In that case, is it covered by the equipment warranty and what is the SLA?
