Extreme switch restarted..Working fine with no issues..But why it is restarted..?

I have a x-460-48t switch and it got restarted once.Now itis working fine.I doesnt have any logs at the time of issue but captured logs post restart..Can anyone help me out.It shows below error messages on logs.

Take a look in the release notes of all of the versions of FW between what is current and where you are now. Do a search for "reset" or "eeprom" to see if you can find the specific error in the release notes of what was fixed with that particular release.

Chances are the issues has been discovered and there has been a fix already.

If you are running base software version or unsupported software(EXOS 12.5) then please upgrade the switches and then see if you are facing any issues.
