Forum is email spamming with with all messages - how to stop it?

It seems Daily Digest doesn't work anyway, so I am now unsubscribed from all boards.

Hi Stephen,

Apparently some members were auto-subscribed to our community forum. You can stop these emails by hitting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of those emails; see image.
