My question is :-
1. Is this !XFP shows not solve in current software ?
2. Is this SFP is ok ?
3. Why XFP Supported: no shows.
4. Part no. shows LRST but installed LR/LW will it make any problem ?
4. How I can check SFP is Extreme approved or not ?
5. What's recommend to resolve the same.

To answer your questions:
1) The '!' symbol indicates that the optics has the supported bit == 0 (no). Official Extreme optics generally set this bit == 1 (yes).
2) Since this appears to be a 3rd party optic, Extreme cannot guarantee the behavior of this optic. You must use at your own risk.

3) This shows supported == no because the supported bit was not set in the optics EEPROM
4) optics.extremenetworks.com is the official optics webpage. For the BD8K and XFP optics, this is a filtered link:

Note that you'll need to know the Extreme SKU for this optic, which is not the same as the 'Part Number' in the command output.
You'll have to check the sticker of the optic or the sales order from when this optic was purchased to see if it has an Extreme SKU.

I don't believe Extreme has any optics from vendor 'Sandstone', so this looks to be a 3rd party optic unless the sticker proves otherwise.

That would have been resolved in 15.7.   Do you know what Extreme part number that optic is?
