i have in my network 30 switch ISW 16802. And now 1 switch give this alarm:
ID5657 [EXTREME-512-4F] DDMI-RX_POWER_CHANGED: DoM Rx Power changed to HI WARN on Interface GigabitEthernet ¼
What is problem? It depends by transceiver? Transceiver’s vendor is OEM. But i verified the status of transceiver and your data is ok:

According to 1000BaseLX specs, -3dbm is the max receive power.

At -1.93dbm you are exceeding that value...
