LLC/SNAP encapsulation and L3

Does x480 support LLC/SNAP encapsulation on layer 3?
To be precise i'm not getting NDP response on sending LLC/SNAP encapsulated packets.

I know about the VLAN protocol filtering but that is just L2 related.

Any reference to this would be great.

I think Summit/BD won't support LLC/SNAP encapsulation(L3). However, let other expert comment on this.
