Hi, all!
We have extreme_switch (port 1) -> simple D-Link switch.
How can we detect if somebody loop ports in D-Link?
In this case in Extreme switch would bcast, but between Extreme and D-Link only one link.
Is in this case help ELRP?
Thank you!

You have to configure the vlan and port that you want to protect.
example:
configure elrp-client periodic Default ports 1interval 1 log-and-trap disable-port permanent

Can I configure ELRP without VLAN. Only add ports?

You can configure ELRP on por1. If a loop is created on the d-link the extreme switch disable port 1
