<Erro:HAL.Port.Error> Failed to set eee config on port 24, rv = -16

Hi There.

We got a X440-G2-24p-10G4 switch, serial number 2232N-40209, O.S. version: 32.6.3.127.

After a blackout, ports from 17 to 24 stopped working (flashing orange led light on each one). After running diagniostics, we got the following messages:

Has anyone else experienced this problem before?

Banks of 8 ports failing with this error is usually a hardware failure.
Call GTAC for an RMA.

Hello, 

I think you should create GTAC RMA case. X440-G2 series is still covered by LLW - you don't need service contract for the unit.
