Moving VLAN address definitions from Cisco To VSP - Retire Cisco - Error: Mulitnetting Not Supported

I am moving from Cisco to Extreme (VSP/ERS). I have a layer 2 connection between the Cisco core and the VPS "core". I have 5 VLANs (default gateways) defined on the Cisco and need to move them to the VSP.

I remove the ip address from the Cisco (interface vlan 17 , then no ip address). When adding the IP address into the VSP (interface vlan 17, ip address 192.168.17.1/24) I get error: multinetting not supported.

??????

Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Rick,
It might just be that the IP/ARP combo is still in cache. Try something like
clear arp-cache
on the VSP/ERS. Not sure which model you have so exact command might be different.
