X440-g2 user read-only account command not working

X440-g2 user read-only account “show configuration” command not working. 

IOS version running : 21.1.5.2 patch1-2

Please let me know is there any guide which lists all the commands which we can run under read-only account?

Are you authenticating locally or via Radius/TACACS?

I upgraded the switch to latest IOS i.e. EXOS 30.7.1.1-patch1-86 but still I am unable to execute “show configuration” command with read-only user account. It is giving following error. Please help to resolve.

ex.x450.chi.a.1 > shiw configuration
This user does not have permissions for this command.
