x460-G2 40G Uplinks with Bidi Optics

hello all,

Relatively new to the family of EXOS switches. Can the 40G VIM module be used for uplinks or is this module only designated for stacking? If it can be used for uplinks do we support the 40G BiDi optics in this? Also I assume we can then use the 4x10G front SFP ports for stacking then?

The 40G VIM can be used for uplinks and front 10G ports can be used for stacking. You cannot mix the 2, however it should work.
