Add Vlan tag to untagged traffic

How to add Vlan Tag to an untagged traffic. I tried using ACL but i dont know the correct format. Can anybody help me with assigning a VLAN tag to a traffic that is untagged.

yea but how will the untagged port send traffic to the tagged one?

create vlan with that tag.
Add 1 port untagged to that vlan, and the port you want to egress the traffic with vlan tag as tagged.

create vlan test tag 20
con test add po 1 untagged
con test add po 2 tagged

if EXOS that is.
