Customer is using DVR, looking to seperate several subnets

i have a customer using DVR and he wants to seperate several networks from communicating. First time running into a DVR setup, Can someone give me some insite on the best way to attack the segmentation. Thanks

Switch cannot ping anything on network and no DHCP

We have a 5520-24W-FabricEngine that is in production, but will not allow any device connected to it to get a response from DHCP. Also, the switch is unable to ping anything unless from the management interface.
