We have a 5520-24W-FabricEngine that is in production, but will not allow any device connected to it to get a response from DHCP. Also, the switch is unable to ping anything unless from the management interface.
Your description is quite general. You should at least share info about your Fabric network status (ISIS, SPBM topology, mac learning on C-VLANs), switch configuration and what troubleshooting did you so far
