Hello everyone,
to perform a PoC we have received a VSP 7400-48Y (VOSS 8.1.5.0). The device was already used for PoC at other customers. Unfortunately the password was not reset, so we have no management access.
How can the password be reset with such a device?

The last time I checked you can only recover the RWA password with assistance from GTAC.
I would open a ticket with GTAC until you get a better answer.

thank you for your answers. Extreme managed to find out the password set by the other customer and reset the device.

Yes. A case needs to be opened with GTAC to reset the password.
