Could you please tell about VSP Fabric analogue of EXOS PSTAG?

Is it switched UNI? If yes - what differences?

Yes, switched UNI allows you to have a port specific tag on every port and assign them to different ISIDs. So Tag 10 on port 1 might go to ISID 10010 and Tag 10 on port 2 might go to ISID 20010.
