AP410C-1 probem connecting to console port

I have an AP410C-1-FCC, Console port is a micro USB port.  When trying to connect to Windows it reports Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). 

I did try with different USB ports, and diferent computer always with the same result.  Here you can see some printscreens:

Where can I download a driver to install in order for the console port to be accesible?

no special drivers are required, You have to make sure you are using the approved micro USB console cable. 

But you  can try drivers -
