AP460c-wr Wingman İnterface Error

Hello, I have an Extreme AP460C-WR model device. It arrived with HiveOS. Even though I installed the latest firmware, I cannot access the interface with Wingman. I connected the device to the Controller, but the Controller does not load other configurations to the device. What do you think could be the reason?

If the AP is in HiveOS mode then it will not be adopted by a WiNG controller and WiNGman will not work with it. You will need to revert it to WiNG OS and then adopt, upgrade and configure.

Has the AP pulled an IP address?

If so, please ssh into it and try the following credentials:

admin/admin123

or

admin/aerohive

Once in, run the command #show version

What is the version the AP is on?
