I have an ap ap410c with about 6 devices connected. Every 30 minutes I have a connection loss, being necessary to connect and disconnect from the AP.

Forgot to ask about this previously, but your last screenshot seems to be indicating that the AP shown is running firmware 10.4r0. This is several revisions behind. It's possible that the problem you are seeing is due to an issue that is already resolved in a later release. Is it possible to upgrade the AP410C's?

Thanks for the update. Hopefully whatever it was that was causing the original problem then was addressed by the firmware update.

Okay, so on XIQ.
Are the 410C's running the latest firmware?
You stated in your first post that every 30 minutes you have a "connection loss" and have to disconnect and reconnect to the AP.
When this problem happens with the wireless client, and you disconnect/reconnect to the AP, does the problem come back again for the same client? Or are they good for the day...following days?
Is it the same type of wireless client that experiences this problem (always a laptop or a phone, etc)?
Is this problem happening on the 2.4GHz or 5GHz radios? Or both?
What type of environment are the clients in? Warehouse? Office? School? etc..

Good morning. We use it in an office and with both networks (2.4 and 5ghz). We are having the problem with a much lower frequency than the previous one, only 1 time per day being in random equipment (only 1 equipment per day).
