APC410C Connection LOST

I have an ap ap410c with about 6 devices connected. Every 30 minutes I have a connection loss, being necessary to connect and disconnect from the AP.Captura de tela 2023-08-03 172119.png

Forgot to ask about this previously, but your last screenshot seems to be indicating that the AP shown is running firmware 10.4r0. This is several revisions behind. It's possible that the problem you are seeing is due to an issue that is already resolved in a later release. Is it possible to upgrade the AP410C's?

Sorry for the delay my friend. I had no more problems with AP and I took the opportunity to update the version, it is in version 10.6.2.0.

If you have any problems let me know.

Thanks in advance for your attention.

rogerioyan, I'm not seeing client disconnections every 30min in that log file.

I do see quite a bit of radio power changes, but that should not affect client connectivity.

What management platform is the 410C connected to? (WiNG, IQC, XIQ)

Is this client disconnection issue still happening?

We use ExtremeCloudIQ Connect. We are having an average of 1 fall per day only.

rogerioyan,

A little difficult to diagnose the logs w/o the timestamps included. Maybe can you copy a multi-hour section of the logs and then include that as an attachment to your reply?

I am sending the file that contains all the events.
