I am trying to setup an AP 3825i to perform a site survey. I am trying to access the CLI to set the config, however, I apparently do not have the default login credentials (admin/admin123 don't work). Does anyone have the correct default login credentials?

Shane,
The following KB Article would help you to configure an AP for site survey:-

admin/new2day but even that will not solve the problem as the AP has no standalone mode
The only way to do it is... short version....
- connect AP to WLAN appliance
- setup a wlan service/topology/VNS that is bridge@AP untagged
- set the antenna. static channel, tx power and all the other radio settings
- in "AP properities" in the advanced section select "Maintain client sessions in event of poll failure" and "Restart service in the absence of controller"
Now you'd unplug the AP and use it for a site survey.
