Password Recovery for the RoamAbout Access Point 4102

Could you please share the procedure to recover the lost password on a RoamAbout 4102.

I don't know of a method to recover the password, but pressing the Reset button on the back of the access point for more than five seconds resets the user name and password to the factory defaults. The default username is admin, and the default password is password, for CLI and web management.

Yes, I read that one on some configuration guide. I was looking for something that doesn't clear the configuration. Thank you.
