"Unable to resolve IP address using SNMP, NetBIOS or DHCP" and "MAC to IP Resolution Failed" errors

Hello, everybody,

I've noticed a lof of error messages in Netsight > Control > Endpoints like:

1) Unable to resolve IP address using SNMP, NetBIOS or DHCP
2) MAC to IP Resolution Failed

I suppose that there is a connection between two messages. How can I solve the issue?

Many thanks in advance,

Ilya

From the screenshot I'd see that all the clients get the "default catchall" rule - what is the policy behind it > it assume if the login-LAT-port is set to 0 (=unauthenticated) that no DHCP is passing the port = no information in ExtremeControl.

Hi, Ronald,

actually, I didn't get your idea... What shoul I correct to fix the problem?

Thank you!
