Hi,If you search the Extreme portal on the term "16.2.2.4", and sort the results by date, "16.2.2.4_MIB" (ExtremeXOS 16.2.2 MIB) is the first result. You do need a maintenance contract for the device in order to download the file though.

If this switch is running EXOS, there is no shutdown command via the CLI, only a reboot. To shut it down, you would need to pull the power cables.

Thanks Stefan_K_,I removed the default VLAN already. I was hoping that I didn't need to create an additional VLAN to add ports untagged to. This will make life simpler.
