How Often does EWC poll for AP graphs

Hello,

I'm looking at a DCS event within netsight that lasted ~5 minutes.:

But when i look at the AP on the controller, the graphs do not show and spikes in Noise level:

These contradict each other, so i'm wondering if anyone can tell me how often EWC polls for that graphical data and weather it's possible that events 5 minutes and shorter are not being represented. Thanks much.

These are the steps below to configure the polling timeout values on EMC:

1. Click Administration on GUI
2. Click Options and find out Status Polling tab
3. Configure Polling time

or

1. Start NetSight Console
2. Click Tools > Options > Suite Options > Status Polling
3. Configure Polling time

Thanks Bin. Is it possible to modify the polling time for EWC rather than EMC? I rather reduce the polling time on EWC to 5 minutes than increase the polling time on EMC to 10 minutes.

The Netsight and EWC polling intervals are different. That's why you see contradictory results on the AP reports.
