Where i can able to create new user profile for managing netsight authenticated users like pending , approve users. NetSight https://10.1.1.1/administration

I need to create user account for managing netsight portal. Help me to find the solution

Thank you for everyone. I need one more help. Where i can create administrator ID for giving Guest user sponsorship access or how to give guest access once they registered in portal. Am new for Netsight so that am asking this basic things.
