Hi we have an issue with ExtremeWireless (IdentiFi), our wireless network composed of C35 wifi controller and Ap3705i Ap3805i access points, and our firmware version is 10.41.01.0080, devices/ laptops connected to the wifi network cannot print, we can ping the printers, access them (thru web browsers), access file on its storage and install printers thru its software but we cannot print,
the printers are: Toshiba e-STUDIO3555C on TopAccess Software

Hi Thank you for your reply, i have tried it but the issue is still there, anyway I have requested for C35 latest firmware, hopefully we can acquire it then upgrade the firmware then try it again.

First of all you should upgrade to the latest version.
Could be that the printing service uses multicast - in that case you need to allow that.
i.e. Apple Bonjour
