Scanning barcodes on AP3825i

We've got some new AP3825i's and I'm trying to scan the barcodes with the serial number and MAC addresses on the back to put into our asset system, but our barcode reader just can't read them. Has anyone been able to successfully read the barcodes on the back?

Add me to the list. I was just given eight 3825i WAPs to scan. They would eventually scan but it would take several tries. I have no clue what the brand and model of my scanner is but it normally does not have any problems.

I just went down to our lab and was able to scan the barcode on the back with no problem, but I couldn't scan the barcodes on the little sticker from the side of the box.
The scanner used is a Wasp WLS9500.
