Use cases for Bluetooth BTLE on AP391x?

You'll generally need a third-party service to manage the integration, eg https://locatify.com/blog/indoor-positioning-systems-ble-beacons/ (first google result for [ble location]).

At a tech level, you'd need to write an app (or use a framework) that listens for the beacons and when it hears one of yours (they broadcast a (programmable?)128bit code) the app looks up the code in a database with the beacon locations to find out where you are.

Hey, as 10.31 with BLE support is now released could someone please explain the use case and what else I need to provide such service.

i.e. a trade fair - what systems do I need to get location information and how could I provide such information to the end user i.e. a map for the venue with his current location on his mobile device.
