Hey, as 10.31 with BLE support is now released could someone please explain the use case and what else I need to provide such service.

i.e. a trade fair - what systems do I need to get location information and how could I provide such information to the end user i.e. a map for the venue with his current location on his mobile device.

I'm not an expert on R&D but I'd think it would make more sense to think about a use case of a product before it's finished.
