Are you having issues with the upgrade itself or, based on your screenshot, are you not able to log into the AP?
Are you trying to manually upgrade it?
Please provide more details on issue you are facing, meaning where do you feel that it's broken?

Sorry for this long silence, i was on vacation.
So, i can log on the AP but when i'm on the AP interface i can't do anything. I share you a new screenshot.
I tryed install firmware on the Extreme Cloud iq interface and manually. The problem still the same.
When i used the 10.5.3 it's ok but with 10.5.4 to 10.6.2 i've got the problem.
I hope my explains are clearly for you.

It's still unclear from above info exactly what is happening when you attempt to upgrade. Does it error out?
Please can you share screenshot of error from both XIQ and manual upgrade.
When you upgrade via XIQ, please make sure that you uncheck the Configuration update box first and only try upgrading the firmware. Does this help?
Please provide upgrade steps so that we may try reproducing issue.
Check the AP audit logs to see if any useful info is provided on cause of update failure.
