Can't view or push Delta configuration. Complete configuration works.

Hello,

We run 500+ AP's on 2 types of locations: office and branches. The branches work via SD-WAN so they have a different firewall configuration.

We have no problem viewing or pushing delta configuration on the office AP's.

With the branch ap's, we can only view or push COMPLETE configuration. We get timeouts on DELTA.

I have read that full & complete use a different port to communicate (TCP 22 for delta, but not sure for full). At first glance, the port is not blocked by the firewall. What else can be the cause of these timeouts?

Did you run this command in CLI?

I see from output that you are trying to push the web-server-key .pem file but see no errors listed when you ran the save command in CLI.

If you are still experiencing issue, your next step is to open a GTAC ticket.

This is the output:

Pushing the key is not what I expected to see in the output. The change I made was on an SSID (change of RADIUS server) and I'm not seeing that in the log. I will look into opening a GTAC ticket now.
