AP7562 continuous restart when use band 5ghz

I have 2 AP7562 use Wing 5.9.2 . When i turn on band 5ghz then my AP continuous restart. I upgrade to lastest FW (5.9.5) but still error. I can use only band 2.4 and off band 5ghz.

My friend same problem with 4 AP7562. This devices i bought in early 2018.
Is this a defective devices?

From the screenshot you provided i can see that AP is on firmware primary partition 5.8.3.0 & secondary partition 5.9.2. Please upgrade the AP to 5.9.4.1 than retest. If the issue persist please contact GTAC for further troubleshooting.
