Hi Aroon,

Please review the switch side config for WLC ports (if native vlan is not tagged, proper native vlan/PVID should be set on the switch side as well) and for the APs meant to be used by those controllers. Or go to IP-based adoption for higher level of predictability if that might help.
Within a single VLAN maybe static adjustments of MINT Area-Id would help but that sounds like a hassle if it's possible to just separate the broadcast domains for one and another wireless mgmt/control plane.

Hope that helps,
Tomasz

follow the picture the RED SQURE form WLC1

WLC1(RFS6000)firmware 5.8.4 VLAN :10 Uplink to switch config as trunk Native vlan 10

WLC2(NX5500)firmware 5.8.9 VLAN :11 Uplink to switch config as trunk Native vlan 11 allow 10

VLAN 10 use for WLC1 and switch management . T

Thanks in advance for any help that you are able to provide.

If the two systems are not properly setup, they WILL be able to see each other (the MINT protocol used by the APs and controllers) and this can very likely cause issues. If you are able to separate the two networks completely by having them operate on non-overlapping VLANs, that should remove the risk. This would include all WLAN VLANs as well as management VLANs.
