I am using version 1.0.10, and am having the following error. Searching on your site, it suggested deleting and reinstalling, but I did it and it still didn't work. Please help me.

Please upgrade to 1.0.11 which is now out. Please make sure you delete 1.0.10 prior to installing 1.0.11.

I don't believe so, but I tend to do it anyway as good practice and for good measure, if possible.

I did the upgrade last night, it does not require a reboot and retains our previous connections list. The server we have this installed on is in use 24/7 by us or our overseas team so reboots are a big ordeal 🙂 Thank you!
