Extreme Guest with VX9000 and OTP

Hi,
I'm tryig to run EGuest as Captive portal source and AAA server, for guest access with SMS and Email authentication. I have now idea how Onboarding works on EGuest, I mean I cannot find documentation that will describe parameters of Onboarding Policy conditions regarding to users registrations with OTP. Everytime I set something else that Any user >> Register Devices, it is not working.

Any idea ?

Hi tomekp,

Would suggest opening a support case with GTAC, if this is an initial deployment you will need to provide the configuration from both the VX controller and Eguest in order to start troubleshooting the issue.
