Firmware WING 5.8.3.9-006R to AP6521

Helo,

In 2016 we bought 22 pieces and in 2017 another 40 pieces = 62 pieces AP6521 with WING v 5.8.3.9-006R. In 2019 we had to expand the network by another 10 (company development), but when we got the devices  with newer WING (5.9.1.9-00R). After our tests, not all functionalities work between these versions, so we had to divide devices into location by version WING.

Now we had to buy another 10 pieces. We find seller, but he has all devices with WING 5.9.1. They can change WING to 5.8.3.9-006R, but we need to find firmware. We find WING "5.8.3" or  "5.8.3.1", but not version 5.8.3.9-006R. 

Can anyone share firmware WING v5.8.3.9-006R? Thanks for help.

Thank you for responding, but version 5.8.3.9-006R isn`t listed on the above page. The seller claims that version 5.8.3.9-006R is no longer available unless we give it to him. And we are confiused - between the seller and version of WING, because we will have again a different version. We are looking for this only once. Thanks for help.

Can you upgrade the lot to the latest AP6521 supported version?

What do you mean by "After our tests, not all functionalities work between these versions"?

Please create a GTAC case so that we may look into this and help you out.
