How to download AP7532 firmware?

Hi,
How do i download AP7532 firmware 5.9.1.4-004R without creating case?
Because I have all my access points hooked up and I don't have a serial number so I can't create the case request and I don't see S/N from access point web access.

Please access the AP CLI (Command Line Interface) using SSH. Once logged into the AP, issue the following command:

show version [enter]

The above will provide the serial number of the AP.

Hello Ravi,

Yes, a maintenance agreement is required for firmware download, unless the AP is still within the 90 days software warranty period. Was the AP purchased within 90 days? Is this a replacement (RMA'd) unit?

Now, I got the S/N but while creating the case it ask for Maintenance agreement/Warranty.
Is it required thing? Because we don't have that.
