If you have forgotten the password and there is no way to recover it, then you can’t reset/change the password without resetting the controller to the factory default. Resetting the controller to the factory setting will erase all the configuration on it.
To reset the controller, use the following:
Username: reset
Password: FactoryDefault

Hello hh66,
To add to what Ovais said, you can only use the reset/FactoryDefault credentials via console. They will not work via SSH.
If you have a saved startup config, start by either changing the admin account password or by creating a new account in the management policy. Then reset the controller per above instructions and reload the modified startup config and log in using the new credentials you created.
