Hi,

I am facing frequent client disconnection issue with AP7522 which are adopted with VX9000.In version 5.5,reason code used to appear in event log but in version 5.9 reason code is not showing in event log.

What command should I use to see reason code for client disconnection?

Hi Arun,

You will need to check the event -history of the AP in question.

It will show full messages/details like reason codes and client signal strength.

From controller “show event-history on ap7522-A91C58

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply.

CLI command 'show event-history" should.

Firmware WING 5.9.7  highly recommend as we address many client connectivity issues since ver 5.5.
