Has anyone seen this below when trying to update the firmware on a controller ?
During USB upgrade of NX5500 controller i get a error that no such file or directory exists, i verified it does and it is the only file on the usb stick.

Its possible that the drive size & format is causing issue. Also which usb port did you plug the dive to?
Via cli you can verify that usb drive is showing up in the NX55xx with CLI command :
dir usb1:/
dir usb2:/
Can you tell me more about the USB drive? size & make
Also did you put the .img file in the root directory of usb drive?
